… is liable to be rather late. Possibly so late as to need to be merged into tomorrow. You know how it is…
In partial compensation here’s my winner for Christmas card of the year. From the ‘Guide Dogs for the Blind’ collection.

Merry Christmas
And with it, my best wishes to you all for Christmas and the New Year, along with my heartfelt thanks for reading along with me all through the past year, and beyond. There’s no greater gift than the company of good friends.

That kitty cat looks as if she could hop down off that post and come walking across my keyboard to sit on the mat on my desk in front of the window!
Merry Christmas, John and Graham.

My mom used to send me cards from these collections and never failed to support this worthwhile cause. Lovely card and beautiful black kitty with such an intense gaze, I too wanted him to come and jump on my lap!
Merry Christmas to you three on this, your first Christmas in the little house in the valley. Thank you for sharing bits of your lives and bringing us so many smiles and giggles along the way, no wonder your posts are anticipated by everyone! Enjoy the warmth and peace of the season for as long as you can, we all know DIY days are coming, and we’ll be there to hear all about them
Season’s greetings also to all who read this blog as well as their families!
Joyeux Noël!
