The pack ‘em and stack ‘em whirlwind has just this minute reached my study and I’m finding it difficult to write.
“Shall I leave it for today?” I asked.
“Nope. I’ll be finished shortly and we’ll leave you with your little desk and computer for a while longer.”
“Good. Still think I’ll leave it for today, though.”
“You’re just looking for an excuse.”
“Mayhap.”
Actually, he’s right. It’s been a lovely day and the thought of going to sit in the last of the sunshine with Dolly appeals enormously. Never could resist a happy Dolly when she’s snoozing.
